Message It's the nistune piggyback box, not the software that adds the launch control capability. It looks like nistune adds a conditional rev limit under a certain wheel speed. The stock ECU can't do this, it's the nistune telling the ECU what to do or interrupting signals.

If you want the capabilities that nistune offers, you'll have to install a nistune.
